System requirements
Recommended system specification on which to run your FundraisingCRM database - for both the client (desktop) and server computers:
Client PC specification
Pentium III 1 Ghz or better, 512MB RAM or greater, screen resolution 1024x768 or greater. Windows XP or Windows Vista, mouse, keyboard. For links to Microsoft Office you will need Office 2000 or later.Server specifications
The server specification is dependent upon the number of FundraisingCRM users and the size of your database. The table below should enable you to identify the server specification for your database.

Server specification A
Pentium 4 or later, 2Ghz or faster, 512Mb RAM or greater, screen resolution 1024x768 or greater. Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or later, mouse, keyboard, 5Gb or more available hard disk space, SCSI hard disks and disk controller.
Server specification B
Pentium 4 or later or Xeon, 2Ghz or faster, 1Gb RAM or greater, screen resolution 1024x768 or greater. Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or later, mouse, keyboard, 10Gb or more available hard disk space, SCSI hard disks and disk controller.
Server specification C
Dual Pentium 4 or later or Dual Xeon, each 2Ghz or faster, 2Gb RAM or greater, screen resolution 1024x768 or greater. Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or later, mouse, keyboard, 50Gb or more available hard disk space, SCSI RAID 5 (or higher) disks and disk controller.
Local Area Network bandwidth
In order to deal with medium data volumes you should run FundraisingCRM over a 100mbit network. For larger data volumes it is also recommended that you have a 1gbit link between the hub and server.
Please Note:
FundraisingCRM will often run on a lesser specification computer but performance will be compromised. FundraisingCRM will not work on 800 x 600 resolution, or less.
